The methods and materials we use are ones that have been passed down for many years. They also meet the requirements of the English Heritage, National Trust and the local councils.

By chipping away the eroded or damaged areas of stone, we slowly build up repairs using a lime and sand mortar, letting each layer set before the next layer is applied. We then, through trying various mixes - until we find a colour to match the original stone - apply a final layer which is finished to match the profiles.
